DO NOT FALL PREY TO THIS SHOCKING COMPANY

Do not purchase from this company, I purchased a pair of shoes and when they arrived, the quality was shocking. they were not packed nicely as well, just in a courier plastic bag. I read the company's return policy and it says to log a request for refund within 14 days and you can get a full refund. I did this and after a few days i was told that i had to pay for the courier to send the shoes back to CHINA ! I only buy local and would never have purchased anything from CHINA. the owner then told me that they will refund me 30% and i can keep the shoes. Despite numerous emails from me stating this is unacceptable, they are ignoring my requests. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Shocking experience. ***** practices.
