Cloud shoes. - Capetown

I have ordered and Paid R916.98 for so called orthopaedic shoes. Then received a **** tracking number. Send numerous emails to a person called Hanna (***). This person rep**** i would receive shoes by end of July, that did not happen. Again numerous emails and no reply. Then all of a sudden a reply came with a new tracking numer where i have to track using the Post office of course **** again. By now I realized that I have been dealing with a **** bussiness and my money is gone. I have requested for a refund but no reply. I noticed that they are advertising these shoes under a different name but the email is still Cloud - Capetown. Be careful to buy this Orthopaedic shoes this company is a ****
