Cloud-Cape town advertised 'Orthopedic' Arch support Trail shoes At R1599 discounted to R899. I ordered these as I am recovering from a serious ankle fracture. The shoes arrived 3 months later at the post office where I had to pay in R160 handling fee. The shoes are ABSOLUTE *******! They are not comfortable neither do they have any arch support. The soles are plastic and the uppers made of cheap synthetic fabric. The shoes are made in China and are junk! This quality would not sell for any more than R199 in SA. On asking for a refund I was offered 25% of the R899 I paid (R225.75) and I would have to pay for the courier back to Cape town. DO NOT BUY FROM the CLOUD-CAPETOWN website.!!
