Cloud-Capetown false advertising

So Cloud-Capetown sells very expensive shoes, which look like this on receipt. Never have I ever felt so disappointing, sad and angry about an online purchase. My shoes had black marks, are of inferior quility and are most definitely not orthopaedic. In fact, the soles are hard and the whole shoe looks cheap. The same with the other pair I ordered. Does not look like the images and does not feel like the description. All this joy at R800 per pair.
