**** Company Cloud-Cape Town I have just read the reviews on Cloud-Cape Town I am sorry I didn't see these before ordering I placed my order on what I thought to be a Capetown based company but a month later still no orthopedic shoes arrived. (ordered 3August only received now) The tracking number was of little use as it showed it had been Shipped from Malaysia Finally after many emails, I received an email from "Hannah" who said my shoes had arrived . I got another tracking number now from local Post Office I went to collect the shoes and had to pay R157.38 duty I was incensed after paying R799. and being told there was free delivery The shoes arrived in a plastic bag, no box and clearly were not of the quality shown on the webpage I emailed my complaint together with photos of packaging and duty Several emails later I got a reply from "Hannah" telling me she has reported it to management and will come back to me No reply

Seeing this is clearly a **** company by the complaints of other people, how can we make these people accountable ? or at least stop other people being ****med?? How can we stop their **** adverti*****ts and misleading the public. Will Face book block them Can we not make this viral, very public?? Warn people Am very very upset about this Annette Price
