CLOUD CAPETOWN online retailers

They advised orthopedic shoes for problem feet. I bought a pair for R699 on "special" but when it arrived I was shocked! It was stone hard plastic soles with a cheap elastic over the top! I emailed them and their response was "oh sorry to hear" and gave me an address in JAPAN to return the shoes! 4 emails 4 same response! They use an courier inside SA but the customer must pay to send it back to JAPAN!😡 No telephone or shop in SA but call it CLOUD CAPETOWN. Do NOT buy from them!
