Beware of this supplier

I have been a Hello Peter for many years and now I have been caught. Should have checked them out before the purchase. Order is now 13 days old and tracking only displayed up to 7 Aug 2022. After reading all the negative reviews will request the bank for reversal. Have sent 3 emails and no reply yet. From the reviews highly possible that I will not get a reply.
