Horrible service!!!!!

<p>Complaint 15 Nov and up until today(21 Nov) still NO RESPONCE. Called this morning at 8 and was promised at consultant will phone immediately...needless to say...still waiting for the call....I will now have to to contact the consumer board for assistance.</p>
