WORST SERVICE AT PROTEA MALL BRIXTON STORE

Worst experience and rude staff - They have such affordable stuff but with employees who have no regards for us customers, there is no need for these stores in our area.

Train your employees to respect and treat customers with dignity and ensure that the customers are happy when they leave your store. Not letting us get angry as if they are doing us a favor. We have rights to shop anywhere yet we come to your store and your employees make us regret our visit.

I had a dress to exchange for another colour and they refused to do the exchange as I had the tag on but no slip yet in a few minutes after speaking to a manager they were able to draw a copy from the system. I had to go through rudeness and insults for such an easy task which could have been done in the first place and avoided this bad impression.

This is my 3rd time that I had issues with the cashiers at the Protea Mall, Brixton store - The staff are just naturally rude...

Yesterday it was ZINZI MNGUNI AND CYNTHIA NTLABATHI AND BUSI MADINANE WAS ALSO RUDE AND REFUSED TO SPEAK TO US BUT INSTEAD JUST SAID WE CANNOT EXCHANGE AND WE CAN LOG A COMPLAINT - THE NUMBER FOR BUSI GIVEN TO US WAS *** - ONLY PERSON WHO UNDERSTOOD WAS LUKHONA JOBELA who was able to finally assist us and show he wanted to retain the customers

The policy IN STORE needs to be aligned to the CPA also as this causes the employees to just read out the company policy and stand by it without considering the client and their reason for returns or exchanges

PLEASE EMPLOY PEOPLE NOT ROBOTS - PEOPLE WHO TREAT CUSTOMERS PROPERLY SO THEY COME BACK TO THE STORE OTHERWISE WITHOUT CUSTOMERS THERE WILL BE NO STORE OR JOBS
