WORST ONLINE DELIVERY SERVICE EVER!

If you want to purchase clothing from CJ clothing rather go to the store. I have been waiting for an update on my order but there has been no feedback.

-The website advised that delivery takes place within 5 working days in main centers but I never got any feedback. Its been 4 days and the my online profile hasn't been updated to say whether my order was processed/dispatched.

- No one answers their phone and when they do they are of no help And according to the receptionist, staff takes tea and lunch breaks at the same time so if you call during that period no one will assist you ( Not very smart)

- I have been emailing Priyanka Govender and she hasn't responded to me with any feedback. They have the worse Customer Service and Telephone Etiquette. I am disappointed and at this point I want to cancel my order.
