violation of consumer rights

Very bad customer experience, the ladies an Clothing Juction Lyttleton manor complex in centurion are rude and unprofessional. They told me i cant exchange an item i payed for My money , they say that i cant exchange the item for because it was bought through laybye , i need to take the same thing even though it 3 sizes too big , one even had the nerve to say that don't know if the fault was my mine . this is a valuation of my Right as a consumer , i will definitely be taking this to consumer protection
