Treat customers with respect

so yesterday 20/08/17 I went to clothing junction lenasia. I got there at around 13:15 & found the store closed, even though I called and asked what time they close & was told they closed at 14:00. There were still people in the shop so my sister asked them to open for us since we knew the shop closed at 14:00, they explained that they closed because they had system problems. We then asked that I come in & show my sister the things I wanted in the shop so she could come back the next day to buy them for me as I was not going to be able to come back & she works close to the shop. The guy allowed us in & just before I even looked at 2 items, a lady that also works there shouted from the back asking this guy why he let us in, when the guy tried to explain what was going on, she went on complaining about us being in the shop. I got so fed up & told this guy that if this is how they treat customers then I don't want to shop there, because the lady was very rude. They made us feel unwelcomed & like they were doing us a favour. It was my 1st time going to this shop & needless to say it was my last!
