The shop attendants kick you out at close of shop

I have shopped at Clothing Junction, Gezina branch twice during last week and at that, spent a lot of money. It happened on both occasions that the staff are in a hurry to shut the shop. Is it normal practice to switch the lights off while customers are still in the shop? I think that is exceptionally rude. You DONT hurry customers on and give them the \we want to go now attitude"just because it's shop closure time. The lady at the till even had the audacity to say to me \""if you don't pay now at 5:30"
