staff members of clothing junction Vaal Vereeniging bedworthpark center stole my phone

I walked in the establishment alone to find not more than 3 customers in the store at the counter making there way out from the shop. I was assisted by a guy who seemed to be a casual worker of the store, I had my phone in my hands and could recall leaving it on a pile of shirts looking for alternative stock, to which I proceeded to the till point for payment, little do they know I work around the same center so not even more than 30 steps away I realized I don't have my phone, called it with my office number and it was switched off...in 2 minutes with no customers in the store but myself and suddenly my phone was switched off.

I then immediately returned to the store at the isle I was in to find it assuming it would still be there, but nothing, I didn't find it, made the manager and workers aware immediately, they told me they cannot assist.

they told me they do not have store cameras, and they do not have any store policies regarding loss of customer goods in the store.

I'm extremely disgusted by the managers attitude in handling the matter, she had a stank face the entire time speaking to me, addressed me with a sharp voice to say that this has nothing to do with her, I'm in owe with the follow up treatment

the next day I'm the one that had to call and gather feedback, only after I spoke to the regional controller who said the company doesn't have a policy regarding my case I called head office and i suspect they received a call to rectify the matter, then the manager walks in my store doesn't greed and has her signature stank face on throws a phone in my face holding up saying is this your phone we found it on the shirt isle, and no it wasn't my phone... they walked out of my store saying ill find my phone in hell

I'm crying writing this review because i would hate to disrupt someone's salary but Clothing Junction in Vereeniging Bedworthpark center has shown me that in this country black on black hate is just as big as ******
