REFUND PROBLEM

I bought clothes in the store in Malll of Tembisa. Unfortunately I wanted to return em to get refund due to personal reasons. When I get there they said they can't give me back my money because my slip was torn and it was just a small piece. They kept making excuses telling me that they had to file that slip blah blah. I had to choose another size but they couldn't let me take other clothes. The manager had an attitude.
