Refund

Their slip clearly states that they will refund or exchange certain clothing as long as they are still in their original condition and within a 30 days period, they refused to refund me after 9 days of purchase and continued to say their system didn't store my receipt but they can see that I've purchased there. Another thing they kept on saying they don't issue refunds but their refunds policy states the opposite of what they are saying
