Refund

I bought t-shirts in one their store but they don't fit my son so I went to festival mall branch since I work in festival mall as well for refund but they told me they can't refund me I need to go were I bought the item , but on the slip the is return and exchange policy and none of that is written in that u refund where u bought the item even the manager refuse to refund me
