Refiloe's horrible customer service

If there was a 0 star would have given them I was at the store today 6/01/2025 c*****dene branch I was interested in a dress that was on the highest rail Looked around no one to assist, looked around no stick or ladder to help me I started swinging the dress to see I the hanger won't come of the rail To my surprise a loud shout from behind me shouting do u want to damage the railer I turned back to see if they were talking to me. Indeed I was shouted like a 3 year old toddler I spoked back to the lady saying; so there are staff working here. You saw me stranded but didn't show, now that I was making means u come lashing at me. Is the customer service The unapologetic lady pointing in my face said I should have looked all around the store for her, sHe was in the dressing room In shock I asked is that what they thought her about customer service Her name is Refiloe I am really unhappy about her and the service I hope something will be done cause she showed that she will have the last say and I am not valued as a customer. What she did displayed unprofessionalism and no respect for the customer
