PATHETIC RETURN POLICY

Good day Sir /Madam

I went to clothing Junction at the PARKADE MALL wanting to return a pair of leggings and i was told NO due to the fact that it is listed under ,underwear .

what a shock as i have returned leggings at Woolworths and other shops never have i been told that . Its my first encounter , i know with bikini's and underwear because of hygeine purposes that it is not allowed BUT leggings who would have thought ?

The worse part is the leggings are of poor quality and sadly i bought two of them , now i am stuck with the pair that i haven't worn and cant even return . You can see right through them , it shows ones under wear hence me wanting to return the one i have not worn .

I think your store return policy on leggings is unfair and customers should be made aware when purchasing as this is not the norm for other retail stores .

I am really not happy about the service i received and the manner in which it was handled in the first place .
