Pathetic customer service

Yesterday I purchased on the CJ app then they asked shipping or collect in store, I clicked on collect in store and it gave the CJ in Klerksdorp which I was happy with. To my knowledge when you purchase online and are given the options that is what you get. Next thing I receive a call from a Portia lady stating that I have to pay courier I refused to because I want to collect now they wouldn't assist me, telling me that they still working on the app that is honestly not my problem I mean really I purchase all the time at bash, Mr price, edgars even Pic n pay and it's my first and definitely my last purchasing at CJ and will never recommend them to any one. Not happy with their poor customer service.
