Ordering online is horrible

I placed an order on the 2nd of June and I did not receive it in 7 days. I called on the 8th day and I was told the items I ordered are no longer available, they will have alternatives tho which I agreed to it. Yesterday which was Another 8 days later with no communication, I HAD TO CALL COUNTLESS TIMES for them to pick up. They only started processing my order right after I called. Most horrible experience.
