Online shop ****

I bought clothes online on their website before I register account , I made payment online on their website ,money went out of my account but their websites show payment failed , I have a proof of payment but the clothing junction is not helping .. long reference is the reference on my proof of payment

Raesetja at their sales & marketing team is not helping she is just quite , I sent an email on Monday 28 July no response until this day which is a week later
