Money suckers

Well what a **** show to say the least! Placed an order and was told that one of the items was out of stock and that I'd get a refund for it. I've been sending emails for a week to follow up without success. Called their number and I'm being put through to different departments, yet it all sounds like the same person. Eventually they hung up on me. Pathetic bunch of people who can't run a business to save their lives.
