I made a laybye last...

I made a laybye last year march ,at mall@reds,the slip faded then I went back there around April,they told me to bring along my bank statement and ID copy,so that they can make a refund for me since then I never got anything from them,I went back there 3 times, until l called head office on June they promised to help till today nothing happened,I called again this week they ask me to send my id copy and bank statement again,those things it cost me money that I don't have, and I told them that I don't want money,I want voucher for that amount
