Highly dissapointed in clothing junction

I think clothing juction has the worst customer service.I bought 4 items online and only recieved 3 items and I have been phoning them the whole day and emailed them but no one knows how it works and whats going on there and they keep taking messages for someone to phone me back and it never happend.
