False advancement no customer service experience

I am very angry and disappointed with the service I got today at the new Cho thing Junction at chuma mall diesloot, I wanted to buy 2 jeans was on sale for R300 for two but to my surprise when I got to the till the manager told me he can't give me for that price..... He feather said the quility of those jeans are higher why must I get it for that price, and on the aisle it was written "Sale take 2 for R200 I was very sad and disappointed by the rudeness as I was walking out even the shop assistance was shocked coz she is the one that help me pick those jeans......... Very bad management
