Extremely bad service

Yesterday I visited the branch in Bridge City to exchange something I had brought online. The service I got from an employee was pathetic, she even swore at me and told me I am crazy and the rest of her colleagues did not even reprimand her. Next thing a security was called to come and address me by another employee who did not even know what was going on. My reputation was put in jeopardy and was treated like ****. It was the 1st time buying there and it was the last.
