Exploiter company.

A company which is becoming notorious now amongst people I know for exploiting their workers. The company employs people under no contract and introduces additional roles to their jobs without compensation. An employee was moved a store further away and told to manage the store in order for the store to do better. The employee was diligent previously and therefore was excited by the challenge and accepted under the understanding that the pay will be more. After moving to new store, the area manager says that the employee is not a manager and will earn as a sales rep even though the employee technically runs the store and fulfills duties synonymous with Management.

This is an outright disgrace to the BCEA and should be looked into because these wannabe clothing stores seem to think exploitation is okay. This is disgusting to hear of.
