Double payment

on the 10th of September I bought 2 pairs of pumps, when i was paying with my bank card I was told they're offline and I should pay cash which was R180.00. I later realized that the same amount of R180.00 went off my bank Account as well, I went to dispute this and was told to bring proof of bank Statement. I went and was told I'll get a call I have been waiting for 2 weeks for the call, it frustrates me because I had proof that the amount went twice, why should I wait. I need the money and won't be doing trips for the R180.00 travelling with my small baby.
