Disappointing,poor service

On Friday 22nd of December I went to Clothing Junction in Krugersdorp to buy my daughter clothes. When I got home I noticed that there was one item missing, yet I had paid for it.I called them and they said I can come back with slip and what I had bought (which was an inconvenience having to travel back there). I went there yesterday and was told to go take another t-shirt, the color I had initially took was no longer there which was a big inconvenience making outfit mismatch, I was never offered any apology or anything, very ***********, unfriendly staff there,I'm highly disappointed by the kind of service I received
