Damaged Bras

I bought a bras at this store clothing Junction Mall of Thembisa on Tuesday when I get home I realized stitching was faulty the was a small hole, Thursday I took it back with tags still on to return I was told they don't take or exchange bras. I mean its a damaged good which was sold to me. I'm not happy with this service. I sent email to the head office no one bothers to respond.
