Worst experience with the policy at Northriding Mall.

I received a gift, to which I was unable to get the physical receipt for an EXCHANGE of sizes. I managed to get a photo of the receipt, and the lady says, 'I need to come back tomorrow' because it's a photo and her manager will be in tomorrow.

They requested a receipt, I got it and there was still a problem?

Very inconvenient, the policy for exchanges are awful. Most frustrating experience.
