Complain

I am a very disappointed customer, I bought 2 jeans and a dress on laybye during lockdown. When I made a laybye, fittings were not allowed but the store still made a laybye for me. They never told me about the terms and conditions, after taking out the laybye, 1 jean was not fitting, took it back n they told me theres nothing they can do and I laybyed on my own risk.
