Clothing Junction: Pathetic Online Store and Poor Service

I purchased items from the clothing junction online store on 23/04/23. On the 26/04/23 I received an email stating that items were not in stock and I would get a refund. I received the delivery on 28/04/23 and noticed that I only received less than 40 % of the items I ordered. I sent an email to find out about the status of my order and was told that I would get a refund. After 7 days I followed up as the refund did not reflect. Finally, on 09/05/23 the refund reflected but I did not receive the full amount due to me. I have sent numerous emails that were not answered and was promised many updates but did not receive any communication. The online store is clearly not functioning well.
