Clothing junction Eldorado

I bought clothes on laybye and some of the items were damaged n small. I went back to the shop in clothing junction Eldorado park n received a bad service from the manager 2 weeks back. Today (16/10/19) I went to go buy clothes and Shaun (shop assistant) told me that his manager zyn told him that I'm not allowed to come to the shop anymore I must leave. He even told me to take out the laybye and should never set my foot there anymore. His manager reprimanded him to leave me alone. I'm quite shock when Shaun said that I must go before he raise the ratial issue. I sent a complaint last week from the clothing junction website and haven't received any feedback till today. The landline number was not working.
