Clothing junction cashiers not treating their costumers right

I bought trousers from clothing injunction ,I took it home just to found out that is damaged. Tried returning it but the cashier is arguing that I must take something else in the shop and I don't want anything in there when I complain the cashier shouts at me I feel really betrayed and down about this wish you can help me I am violet @ ***
