Clothing Junction Boksburg, POOR, UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE

Highly disappointed in the customer service of the cashiers especially Bongeka Zulu at Clothing Junction Boksburg. No one has informed us about the exchange policies and that kids sleep wear cannot be changed. Upon our approach to exchange the cashier was extremely rude and we explained that we wanted to speak to a manager. She further explained that the manager cannot come from Durban to assist us, and that we will wait for her to finish her day. There's a big lay bye policy on the wall but no exchange policy and the receipt doesn't state that sleepwear cannot be exchanged. The cashier was extremely rude and in front of other customers. The customer service is extremely disgusting and unprofessional!!!!
