Choosing clothing junction was the worse mistake that I have ever made in my life

I have been going up and down for a lay bye cancelation at clothing junction at eastpoint, east rand mall, since November 2019 until today I have not recieved the clothes or the money, I have been spending hours and hour at the shop with no positive response. Please help me with the steps to make this shop pay me my money back ...
