Bad customer service Estcourt branch

I would like to complain of how badly treated I was at clothing juction in estcourt.

It was my first time doing an exchange at this store so I enter the store and I go to the cashier while going a gentleman tells me that I must leave the plastic bag at the door.

I then tell him I came to exchange he keeps quiet and then I processed to go to the cashier.

When I get at the till the lady tells me exchanges are done at the door.

As I walk towards the door I hear these two sales assistant talking say “she left us here and went all the way to the cashier we will make her wait we won’t attend to her now. “

I then knew that this is about me and this guy is going to give me a hard time and for a solid 15 he is busy arguing with me gas lighting me raising his voice and saying he will not help me until I calm down he leave me comes back again , he then says I must do the exchange myself he won’t help then someone comes to help me.

The way he handled this situation I could tell that he is use to arguing with customers no care what so ever he wants his word to be finally wanting me to apologize for going to the cashier instead of asking at the door about how exchanges are done .

I am not the first person this guy has treated badly I know other 2 people who have complained about him I don’t know if maybe he is the branch manger that’s why he does this or what.

I don’t know the guys name because he had no name tag , but he is light in complexion , average height and has 3 if not more silver tooth.

I was able to exchange but at what cost and was told only one exchange is allowed so I don’t get the slip back.
