Bad customer service and the store doesn't abide by the NCR rules

Worst customer service at Clothing junction Ebony park, i had a lay bye for 800 balance 500 for less than a month, the stuff refused that i cancel the lay bye and only buy 4 items in the lay bye for 500. The staff was rude and i was told to contact head office. This is worst service i have ever received. I will never buy anything from this store, they can keep my R 300
