bad business practices

I worked for about 5 years but people who where employed after me rated more than me, when i asked why was this my cluster manager said i cannot ask him about that when he didnt make me sign the contract. On top of all that the overwork was horrible. we where expected to work for 7 days without off days, which is 52 hours per week... going against the basic labor conditions act of 1997 that no employer is permitted to make employees work more that 45 hours per week. The staff there is disrespected by their employer, not considered, overworked and discouraged to say how they feel, not forgetting being underpaid. sometimes we would not be paid for all the hours worked or our commission for reaching target. i hope there will be better changes in the future
