bad bad bosses

how can a company have so dedicated staff but treat their staff like they are animals coz this clothing retailer don't have a security or tags on their garments but expect their staff to manage a shop when u have sometimes 10/15 customers at once so it's so easy to steel goods coz the staff can't see all the customers at once ... this retailer fires their staff bcoz of shortages which my opinion is wrong these are the people who keep your business running I'm just a customer but shop there & see how the staff are treated when area management & senior management comes & to top it all I was in 1 of the shops this morning & was told they never get salary yet the month is over its holiday weekend these bosses are terrible people how can people work for you & don't pay in time & make them pay for shortages that's not fair they must provide security & tsg their garments pathetic management
