Unprofessional bad service

I placed a order to the value of R2850 on the 25th Feb already they advertise delivery in 3-5 business days I still haven’t received anything upon emailing and WhatsApp i received a random email not even a reply with a tracking number for aramex delivery which is an economic service drop box which means I have to wait another 48-72 working hours for delivery I emailed, WhatsApp’d and even left them a message on fb messenger but still no response this is really unacceptable as I placed my order in advance to receive it before the weekend it’s frustrating as nobody is getting back to me from clothing brothers which is really unacceptable.
