Contractor to be avoided

I signed a contract on 5 February 2018 for the installation of a short section of fencing at my home. The contractor has been on site twice and only completed some of the work. Some of the materials are broken. Most of the materials have not been delivered.

The contractor ignores phone calls. The contractor refuses to complete the work or delivered materials already paid for.

Should be avoided.
