Seriously upsetting

Good day

I was at the bank the 2 May 2024 to request a cancelation of the policy because you paid on my behalf without notifying me.This was sorted but since then you never refunded me and made calls every week all the airtime i used to hear today my account is close so i dont get a refund i need to go branch. Its wasnt my fault so i must pay traveling fee to get to your bank for own money.
