I had an appointment with Kelly on 14 February 2026 at 9:45am. She only took me through at 10am & didn't even apologise for her lateness which I found really rude! Then she was extremely rough with me with her massaging & the way she put the needles in turning them really hard multiple times to make the muscle twitch. Not to mention I have been in worse pain than what I was to begin with. My shoulders & neck have been swollen since & I've had to take painkillers everyday since & have broken / non-existant sleep due to the pain! Furthermore I now receive an account from her where she has charged me for a consult / evaluation which took all of 2-3 mins! I've made a complaint to the practice but just received the standard generic fob off response email! I'm so disgusted to be treated this way as a patient as I've never had this kind of treatment from a Physio before & I've never been overcharged this way for an appointment that started late as well as made my original symptoms 3 times worse than what they were before! In this day & age a patients' concerns about bad service/ bad treatment/ lateness & overcharging should be taken seriously, not just fobbed off like I have been! I can tell you I will NOT be recommending Kelly to anyone of my friends or family as I don't want the same thing to happen to them! I will make sure they book with Karin rather!
