Clivera Inc Investment

<p>During October 2014 my dad Mr PR Mawasha invested R550k at Clivera Inc, with the agreed 12% per annum interest (currently the interest is sitting on 26%). Now till today 8th February 2017 Mr. Clive Ramthibela Smith has not said a single world of returning the money. The matter is currently with our Estate Attorney and the first summons has been issued to Mr Clive Ramathibela Smith. Now my issue here is that he knew my dad personally as they went to the same church at Jehova's Witness. Now during the passing of Mr Mawasha, Clive kept quite about the money invested as he came with very wierd story which is on audio record of the things he said that did not make sense at all. Now its been 2 full years and a couple of months with no feedback from him. Now I would like to know from all the directors of the company to tell us what is happening and did he ever disclose that he needs to return the money to the Estate. All process and documents have been submitted to the Master, only his portion is not updated as we wait for him.</p> <p>Now we have our little brother who needs access to his Estate money and he is unable to do so, as Mr Clive is living comfortably with his life. Our little brother and step mother struggles to eat, get medication, get clothes and all we hear from our neighbors back home is that, now and then there is no electricity nor food and water. They have to beg at our neighbors. And this is all happening at Elandspark.</p> <p>Now the matter is already running on the summons handed to him. To cut the long story short Mr Clive and company please organize yourselves to do what is right. And I beleive after this I will get a positive feedback coming from you about reimbursing the money and its interests.</p>
