Very unprofessional

Ordered 40 square meters of grass and one cube of compost/sand mix. They didn’t come with the sand and got charged for it anyway because he said the grass had an extra layer of sand on it. Turned out the grass was a bit short so Clive said he’ll come the next day to finish it off. He obviously never did. Didn’t answer or return my calls. Very unprofessional service !
