Useless, unprofessional service

I have waited 6 hours for Clive and his guys to show up at my house. They never pitched. After multiple phonecalls from me they had they audacity to lie and tell me they had come and no one answered. After checking with security I verified no one was here. Incredibly unprofessional ???
