Very bad business practice, partnership gone sour

I went into a business partnership with Mr. JP van den Berg in the month of November 2014 to do restoration work on cars. He own a car wash called combo two in Hendrik verwoerd street, centurion. I went to JP house to break down a wendy house as we where going to use it as a spray booth. I spent 2 days breaking down the wendy house to which JP decided that we will rather go and purchase a spray booth, all the ground work for the setup of the workshop was done by me. I spend the whole of December building the spray booth and work area without any income. I live in pretoria east and spend R150 a day. There where some of problems with the setup of the spray booth as JP tried to shortcut the building process by buying cheap beams for the roof of the booth. After all was done and we started operating we had problems with the roof leaking. On the 21st of January JP ended the partnership by himself and said he was going to rent the place out. He never did and is still operating from the business premises. Be careful when going into business with JP van den Berg. I am currently busy suing him for my losses as he ended the partnership agreement without my concent as a partner.
